We are an artisan business so we do not hold stock on our items. Most of our products are made to order and we aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days.

Free Delivery to Mainland UK including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.
At present we currently only ship within the UK. Our products are made to order and we aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days. Most deliveries should be within 3 working days following dispatch. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any delays relating to delivery company delays/strike action. Orders placed at a weekend or during a busy holiday season (Christmas, bank holiday etc) may be subject to further delays. If in doubt please contact us before placing your order. Please note that deliveries to the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands or Northern Ireland may take a little longer.

Once the item has entered our production queue it is not possible to change the delivery address. However depending on the courier used you may be able to arrange for the delivery date to be changed, the parcel to be left somewhere safe at the delivery address, delivered to a neighbour or dropped off at a local shop/pick up point. If you have made no alternative arrangements and the item cannot be delivered successfully to your address then it may automatically be redirected to a nearby pick up point for you to collect. This pick up point will be as close to your address as possible and is done to avoid the item being returned to the manufacturer right away. It will be your responsibility to collect the item from this pick up point. You are responsibly for any additional costs incurred by yourself or by us or our manufacturer as a result of this. Failure to collect the item from a pick up point means it will be returned to our manufacturer who will destroy it upon receipt. If this happens no refunds are given.

If your order has not been delivered in the time you expected, please check the tracking number (if applicable) to ensure that there are no issues. If it looks as if it is still in transit or has updated within the last twelve hours, please allow a further twenty four hours before contacting us. If there is an issue on the tracking or the item has still not been delivered after an additional twenty four hours please contact us so that we can issue a search with the delivery company.
